2. Intellectual Property (The "Maison" Clause)

Ownership: All content on this site, including the TIGRÉE name, the stylized tiger mascots (male and female versions), logos, and designs, are the exclusive property of TIGRÉE.
Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our intellectual property for commercial use without explicit written permission.

3. Conditions of Sale and Payment

Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders if a product is listed incorrectly.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other secure digital payments. Payment is required at the time of order.
Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping location.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Timelines: For our April launch, estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. While we strive for precision, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you once the package is delivered to the carrier.

5. Limitation of Liability

Scope: TIGRÉE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or reputational harm) arising from your use of our site or products.
Product Use: While our gear features UV protection and breathability, we are not liable for any personal injury or loss resulting from the use of our technical apparel.

6. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey, and any legal disputes must be settled in that jurisdiction.

TIGRÉE Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your TIGRÉE essentials, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To ensure a full refund, items must be returned in their original luxury packaging with all tags and components included.

Leather Gloves: Due to the nature of premium leather, gloves must show no signs of "grip wear" or being "taken out for a ride". We encourage you to try them on for fit indoors only.
Socks: For hygiene reasons, socks must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
Non-Returnable: Personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.

2. The Return Process

Return Shipping: A flat-rate return shipping fee of $[X.XX] will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges: We offer free return shipping for size or color exchanges to ensure you find your perfect fit.

3. Refunds

Once our team inspects and approves your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
